HISTORICAL ADVENTURES
MONSTRO Mechanica is a historical series which is well worth your time.
It follows Leonardo da Vinci and his female apprentice as they build a huge wooden robot, which quickly draws the attention of the dangerous element of Renaissance-era Florence. Together they must navigate a world of wicked men and war machines.
From creators Paul Allor (Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles) and Chris Evenhuis (Wynonna Earp), Monstro Mechanica #1 is out now priced £3.35
DAVE’S DARTH SIDE
STAR WARS’ stock has never been higher, and as fans clamber to see the latest release, an altogether different script is attracting attention in Hollywood.
Strongman, written by Nicholas Jacobson-Larson and Dalton Leeb, is the upcoming biopic of David Prowse, the man who physically brought Darth Vader (above) to life on the big screen.
The screenplay tells of the star’s journey from champion weightlifter to Green Cross Code man to one of the scariest villains of all time. It will also touch on his role as Christopher Reeve’s trainer for Superman.
Let’s hope this gets off the black list, and into production.

As well as the games, there’s a Museum mode packed with concept art and other gems, a must for diehard fans of the franchise.
All this will be available on the PS4, Xbox One and PC, in May next year, although there’s no hint of a price yet.
