HOT on the heels of last week’s singer/songwriter Ashleigh Hennessy, Hayes FM has another spectacular female artist to showcase and she is coming your way on Tuesday March 24.

Windsor girl Kitty Whitelock is due in to sonically decorate the airwaves with her soulful and jazzinfused, piano-based, selfpenned tunes and all you have to do is sit back, relax and let her music take you away.

Now a Staines resident, Kitty has expertly mastered her craft and as well as performing all over she passes on her skills by teaching piano and vocals.

I would say with some confidence that Kitty’s musical style is somewhere between the triangle points of Tori Amos, Norah Jones and the late great Amy Winehouse, but I also sense some Stevie Wonderstyle chord progressions thrown in for good measure.

Feel welcome to set me straight on those claims by tuning in to the show at 8pm. Tune in to 91.8FM on the radio dial or online at www.hayesfm.org.uk.

The Kitty Whitelock EP entitled Rise Above has a launch party on Thursday April 2 from 7pm at The London Stone, 14 Church Street, Staines.

Many Hayes FM live shows are now videocasts that are broadcast live via the Hayes FM website and Facebook. They are also available for catch up by searching Hayes FM on YouTube.

Remember that we at Hayes FM are always on the lookout for original artists to promote, so if you know anybody who fits the bill, simply contact us via the Hayes FM website at www.hayesfm.org.uk.
