Middlesex unveil new season’s playing strips

-

MIDDLESEX CCC have unveiled three brand new playing strips for the 2020 cricket season.

The three new strips include a more traditional-looking white County Championship shirt, a continuation of the now iconic pin Vitality Blast shirt with a fresh new design and blue sleeves, and a new-look plain blue Royal London Cup shirt with pink sleeves and trim.

Two new commercial partnerships have also been announced, with Knight Frank and Perfect Smile joining principal sponsor Brooks Macdonald in becoming one of Middlesex’s shirt sponsors.

Knight Frank is the UK’s leading independent real estate consultancy.

Richard Goatley, chief executive of Middlesex CCC, said: “We are delighted to welcome Knight Frank to the Middlesex family.

“As a company, they share our core values of respect, diversity and inclusion and we look forward to a long and successful partnership.

“These are obviously extraordinary times and, like every organisation, we are primarily focussed on dealing with the impact of the COVID-19 outbreak and ensuring the welfare of our staff and players.

“However, as and when the 2020 cricket season starts, we very much look forward to working with Knight Frank.”

Perfect Smile has been one of Middlesex’s established sponsors for the past three years.

From this season onwards, Middlesex’s Royal London Cup kit will prominently feature the Perfect Smile logo across the front of the shirts, while also featuring on the neck of the club’s new Vitality Blast shirts and on the collars of Middlesex’s newly-released County Championship shirts.
