IMPEACHMENT: AMERICAN CRIME STORY BBC Two, Tuesday, October 19, 9.15pm
AMERICAN Crime Story’s third series examines the events that lead to the impeachement of President Clinton in 1998 and, as usual, presents it as a fact-based drama. The ten-part series reconstructs the relationships and politics within the White House and the Pentagon that saw Monica Lewinsky become involved with Bill Clinton and the fallout after he was sued for sexual harrassment by Paula Jones. A damning indictment of the abuse of power, starring Beanie Feldstein and Sarah Paulson.
