WHERE TO START: With Patrick Dempsey, who chats about the upcoming sequel to the movie Enchanted and his centre for improving the lives of people affected by cancer.
FEAR ITSELF
Fear is one of our most primeval emotions. We all experience it to a certain level but it affects us in different ways.
As presenter Cressida Bonas discovers, even those famed for their fearlessness can be paralysed by terror.
Over more than 30 episodes she has collected the deep-seated fears of everyone from
Richard Branson (his 1987 hot air balloon accident) to worldfamous magician Dynamo (not being able to perform).
Although it sounds like a house of horrors, Fear Itself is surprisingly uplifting and it’s helpful to realise that we’re all only human.
WHERE TO START: Made in Chelsea’s Jamie Laing, who was diagnosed with depersonalisation disorder, which gave him the feeling of observing himself from a distance.
