We are hoping this year will be bigger and better

FG Barnes Group, including Bishops is proud to be working with Surrey Advertiser Group and The Shooting Stars Children Hospice in Guildford once again this Christmas.

Much like last year, we have set up a Just Giving page to encourage donations to support the fantastic work carried out at the Hospice.

Last year’s successful campaign saw the generous people of Guildford and the surrounding areas donate £2,000 to the Hospice which was absolutely fantastic. This year we will be hoping to repeat the achievements of last year.

Bala Waran, the FG Barnes Company Director said of last year’s campaign: “Due to the pandemic, we tried something different last year, by focusing on the Just Giving donations, rather than the usual Christmas present donations of years gone by.

“I was blown away by the generosity of our customers and fellow donators. We are hoping that this year will be bigger and better and that the local community of readers will support the Hospice and the children and their families once again to make it a memorable Christmas.”
