NEW LOOK:

The team at Romans, incorporating Bennett Residential, in Uxbridge.

BENNETT Residential joined the Romans Group in April and the team have been celebrating the agency’s new look this week, as the eyecatching ‘for sale’ boards are erected, alongside the new office fascia revealing the agency’s new name, Romans.

Bennett Residential already delivered a good range of services in Uxbridge including sales, lettings and surveying advice, and thanks to the new partnership with Romans they can now offer clients expert mortgage advice, a property auctions sales room, planning expertise, and access to some of the most renowned new homes developments in the area.

Philip Bennett, managing director of Bennett Residential, said: “Selling the agency was understandably a hard decision to make, so it was imperative that we sold to a company with the same passion for property and high values as us.

“Our business philosophy has always been to ‘get it right first time’; and our mission statement is important to all members of staff, as it truly reflects what separates us from the other estate agents in the area. I strongly believe Romans follows the same beliefs and I am confident they will not only provide our loyal customers with the same high levels of customer service, but also offer them more in the way of property services making their purchase, sale or let even smoother.”

The makeover of the High Street branch creates a welcoming, modern environment; ideal for talking to the knowledgeable agents about the Uxbridge property market over a coffee, whether you’re thinking of selling, buying, letting or renting.

Jacob Cross, sales manager, commented on the Uxbridge property market: “With the fantastic transport links to Heathrow Airport and central London we’ve experienced a rise in demand from buyers across Uxbridge and the surrounding areas, demonstrating the continued popularity of the area among investors and commuters. This sustained level of demand has ensured that property values have continued to increase year on year.”

With increased demand from tenants, the average rent Romans is achieving in Uxbridge is over £1,086 pcm, which is 42% higher than the UK average when excluding London (home.co.uk).

Experienced investors and first time landlords recognise these steady yields and the consistent capital growth as sound reasons for investing in the town, despite the recent stamp duty reforms.

“Demand from tenants is as strong as ever, especially for flats and two to three bedroom houses,” said Bradley Smith, lettings manager. “Commuters continue to be attracted to Uxbridge as the value for money is considerably better when compared to neighbouring towns closer to central London.”

Romans, incorporating Bennett Residential, has a full range of fantastic properties available to buy including modern apartments and spacious family homes, as well as numerous properties to rent in Uxbridge across all price ranges. Plus now the agency is part of the Romans Group which has nearby branches in West Drayton, Gerrards Cross, Beaconsfield and Staines, the team has access to many more buyers and tenants supporting existing customers with their next move.

“We’re not predicting the market to slow down any time soon so please feel welcome to come down to see the office transformation and find out more about the new services now available from Romans,” added Bradley.
