Production promises to be perfect match

WOS Productions will be bringing the popular musical Fiddler on the Roof to Ruislip next month.

Staged at the Winston Churchill Hall from November 16-19, the Tony Award-winning show tells the story of Tevye, head of a poor Jewish family in 1900s Russia, as he struggles with changes to his beloved tradition and way of life.

Director Sarah La- Plain Musical Director Janette Hutchinson have been putting the enthusiastic cast through their paces since early summer to make the show a huge success. “We always manage to laugh at our and TJG1ST rehearsals,” said Sarah.

“The age range in this production is very wide, which makes for an interesting cast that has been a delight to work with.

“I am impressed particularly with how professional the younger cast members are, with two of them taking on their first major roles; Miles Butler aged 15 and Taylor Atherton aged 14 are both playing well above their age, but their dedication, maturity and willingness to learn has shone through.

“I am very proud of them, and look forward to seeing them develop their characters further over the remaining rehearsals.”

WOS Productions’ version of Fiddler on the Roof promises a fantastic night out for audiences young and old.

Tickets are priced from £9 and are available from w w w. wo s p r o d u c t i o n s. ticketsource.co.uk or call the box office on 0333 666 33 66.
