Presented by Allagents.co.uk, an independent directory and review site, the annual awards are based on customer feedback over a 12-month period and are judged for local areas, counties and nationally.

Unlike many other awards these accolades are not chosen by colleagues, trade journalists or peers but by the customers themselves who are actually buying or selling.
