Adam Smith, Rasharne Gordon and Jesse Nyarko hit doubles in a 9-1 drubbing of Bedfont Eagles with Vinnie Osbourne, Archie Chapman and Pat El Feghali also on the scoresheet.

The U14 Youth are into the quarter finals, gaining their place at the expense of clubmates the U14 Colts thanks to Archie Goodliff ’s double and one apiece for Daniel Boswell and Alex McDowell.

Two more Sandgate sides kept hopes of silverware on the boil with wins in league cup action.

The U11s are just two games away from the final after goals from Leo Stephens and Archie Brookfield gave them a 2-0 win over Oxshott Royals United, while Sharman Bhajwa’s double and a header from Wictor Genow saw the U10s secure safe passage to the next round at the expense of Lyne Cheetahs, 3-1 the score.

In league action, the U8s had not one hat-trick hero but two as they swept aside Woking Cougar ON CLOUD NINE: Colts 8-1. Ollie Hunt and Harry Ward were the two youngsters left to resolve claims to the match-ball with Harry Bridges and Charlie Side their other scorers.

Tommy Ehret was another hattrick hero in the U9s’ 5-2 win over Mayford Rebels, where Christiano De Sousa and Chay Hudson also found the net.

And U7 Colt Luke Burns also bagged a treble in a 5-2 win over Ealing Youth. Vinne Wareing and Malik El-Ghaidini were also on the mark.

The U16s shared the goals as they returned to winning ways against Dundonald Juniors.

AJ Davit, Abdi Ganamo and Mohamed Ali all scored twice in an 8-2 trouncing which saw one apiece for Valentino Buonanno and Matthew Hadley.

The U10 Colts were this week’s other winners, beating Bedfont & Feltham Blues 2-0 with goals from Nabil Mezali and Chouaib Halfaoui, while the U7s drew with Ealing Youth 2-2, their goals coming courtesy of Harrison Shepherd and Frankie Buckland.

Both other sides in action lost narrowly, the U17s going down 3-2 to Doverhouse Lions despite goals from Sumail Randhawa and Luke Childs while Shae Cooper’s strike could not prevent a 2-1 defeat for the U12s against Gunnersbury. SANDGATE’s under-13 youth went goal crazy as they marched on in the Middlesex County Cup on Sunday.
