A successful launch at St Andrew’s Park

OVER the weekend of February 25–26 Coopers and award-winning housebuild­er St Modwen Homes launched phase one of St Andrew’s Park in Uxbridge. A large majority of the new homes were reserved at the launch, with some determined buyers queuing from 4am to get their hands on one!

This initial launch saw a collection one and two bedroom apartments, one and two bedroom maisonette­s and three and four bedroom townhouses released. Every home will be designed according to St Modwen Homes’ high standards, with high ceilings and large windows throughout, impressive specificat­ion and top quality features. Furthermor­e, St. Andrew’s Park has easy access to the A40, M40, M4 and M25, with the M40 running north to Birmingham, the A40 running east to central London and the M4 running west to Wales, while Heathrow Airport is just a 20 minute drive away.
