A stellar set of A Level results saw 27% of all entries were graded A or A* with just under 60% graded B ore above. 3 students achieved the feat of gaining straight A*s.
Chris Flach will be going on to Oxford to study mathematics and computer science, Alana Gaglio will study English literature at Warwick and Catherine Mason will read Psychology, also at Warwick.
Overall 21% of candidates achieved at least 2As and a B which teachers described as ‘truly a world class performance.’
Swakeleys School, Uxbridge
The school said: “We are delighted with the results of Year 13 students who have achieved 61% A*/B, 88% A*/C grades and 100% pass rate once again.”
Subjects pupils will study at university include medicine, English, physics. geography and modern foreign languages.
