If you want to learn how make the perfect gin and tonic, the latest book from premium mixer maker FeverTree will teach you that and more.

A collection of 150 recipes, you’ll find everything from clever variations on the classic G&T and a selection of mules and mojitos, to some nifty noand low-alcohol options, plus a handful of pitchers for when the party really gets started.

ORANGE & ROSEMARY G&T

RASPBERRY MULE

This fruity twist on the traditiona­l mule adds 3tsps of Chambord Liqueur to
