The Island With Bear Grylls

It’s Series Four of the ultimate survival challenge, which dumps a bunch of ordinary Brits on uninhabited islands in the Pacific. Sixteen people have been chosen for this run, which will pit them against treacherous weather, environmental hazards and near starvation. Bear kicks things off by separating them into two groups by age (18-35 and 35 and over) on two islands. From here, they must forage everything for themselves. ★★★★ Liam Wright
