Cheryl’s NORMCORE MUM LIFE

Ever wondered what a superstar and her new baby do all day? Read on!

She kept mum (sorry) throughout her entire pregnancy, shunning the spotlight in favour of nesting at Liam’s £5m Surrey mansion. In fact, it’s been almost six months since Cheryl was last seen in public. And after it was revealed that she and Liam were facing a £200 fine for missing the 42-day deadline to register Bear’s birth, we’ve been wondering if she’d even left the house.

But last week, Cheryl, 33, finally resurfaced, breaking her socialmedia silence to plug Liam’s new song Strip That Down on Twitter. She also chatted to fans, telling them that “we’re all doing great” and that Bear was “amazing”.

And heat can reveal that, far from being a recluse, the singer is actually out of hiding, going for walks and to the shops in her local area, and getting on with what sounds like a pretty typical life for a mum. Well, however ordinary you can be with fame, fortune and a baby named after a wild animal…

“It’s all very normal – she’s just being a mum,” an insider close to Cheryl tells heat. “She goes out and about locally with the baby. And the house has a big garden, where she knows she and Bear can go out and enjoy the sun and fresh air.”

Ah, yes, the house. Let’s not forget that we’re talking about a six-bedroom mansion, complete with a pool, gym and games room. Cheryl is hardly going to be pushed for space, and has all she needs to entertain her visitors. Mum Joan often pops in, while brother Garry, best friend Kimberley Walsh and PA Lily England are also regulars to the house. Meanwhile, Liam’s family – his parents, Geoff and Karen, and sisters Ruth and Nicola – are on hand at weekends.

“At first, it was really just Cheryl, Liam and close family, but she is starting to have people over to the house more – close friends like Kim, a few other mum mates and then her family, too,” we’re told.

“Cheryl’s also had a little pampering time. She sometimes gets her hair done, and she’s back working with a trainer to build up her strength and fitness – but very gently. She’s also been out shopping by herself, leaving one of the grannies in charge, but she’s hardly ever apart from Bear.”

While Cheryl’s been enjoying her new mum life in Surrey, it’s been a busy time for Liam, as he launches his solo career. The 23 year old has been constantly flying back and forth to America to record, and now publicise, his new single. And while he’s been on his press tour, he hasn’t stopped gushing about Bear – revealing lots of anecdotes about life at home.

Liam’s also shared a surprising amount about their relationship –

‘She’s starting to have people over more now’

revealing in an interview that one of the songs on his album is all about Cheryl trying to dump him early on in their 18-month romance. “[It’s] a phone call that happened between me and her, when she was about to let it go,” he said. “It’s basically me trying to cling on and say, ‘No, no, no – it’s all going to work out. Don’t worry about it, give it time.’” He rubbished reports that the pair had secretly married, arguing that, “We have a baby together – you know our love for each other can’t be more serious, so it is what it is, I guess.” He added that he saw marriage as a “religious thing”, and, as he wasn’t religious, it wasn’t “on the cards” at the moment.

The lyrics of his new song could also reveal more about the pair’s relationship. Liam – who co-wrote the song with Ed Sheeran and Steve Mac – sings, “I had my eyes

up on the prize” and, “Since the day I met you, you swept me off my feet” – a reference to their first meeting on The X Factor when he was 14? And could the singer – who finally got together with Cheryl soon after her split from JB Fernandezversini – be having a pop at her ex when guest vocalist Quavo raps, “I took her from her man, don’t nobody know”?

Meanwhile, our sources say Cheryl’s fully supportive of Liam and his career, and isn’t remotely worried by his absence. “Of course, she trusts Liam 100 per cent when he’s away,” our insider tells us. “They talk all the time.”
