“Complete a press-up, then jump your feet as close as you can into your upper body. From this low position, complete an explosive jump into the air, with your arms stretched overhead. This should be one continuous movement. Land with your knees soft and repeat ten times. Do three sets in total to really test your all-over strength. The press-up will develop your upper-body strength, too, which is critical when swimming long distances.”
