Kissing and cuddling all over Glasto, Sienna and Brad are now officially ON!
It’s been one of the most persistent Hollywood rumours around – heat first told you about their secret dates back in February – but last week, Brad Pitt and Sienna Miller finally went public, by kissing each other in front of festival-goers at Glastonbury.
On the Friday night, heat spotted Sienna with celebrity friends Bradley Cooper and Noel Gallagher at the festival’s Park Bar, before Brad joined her and Bradley at the Rabbit Hole bar. As Sienna, 35, and Brad, 53, left to go towards the VIP Winnebago area, they had their arms wrapped around each other, with Brad stroking the actress’ hair. Later, at around 4.30am, we spotted the pair alone, kissing on the steps of a Winnebago, with Sienna resting her head on Brad’s shoulder.
The couple were first linked in February, on the press tour for their movie The Lost City Of Z (Sienna starred, Brad produced). The actress tried to bat off rumours in April, calling them “silly”, with some saying it was her way of “not pressurising” Brad. And it seems like it worked. The pair continued their touchy-feely antics over the weekend in the Somerset countryside, with Brad dressing very casually to avoid attention. Surprisingly, Sienna didn’t seem to be recognised by many, either – and they didn’t seem too bothered who saw them.
What’s more, our insider adds that, despite being at a festival, Brad appeared to remain totally sober all weekend. It’s a sign he’s conquering his demons after his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 42, filed for divorce last September, with the split blamed on Brad’s “self-inflicted” behaviour (his words) and alcohol problems.
It sounds like the hook-up is exactly what Sienna had been hoping for, with a friend of the actress telling heat, “Sienna would love to make it work with Brad, and while it’s been fairly casual up to this point, she’s really keen. She thinks he’s hot, and is really into him. She knows he’s been through the wars with Ange, and wants to have fun and make up for lost time. Brad is one of the best-connected men around, too.
“But she knows not to push for too much too soon. She’ll take things slowly and see what happens.”
And nobody can blame the unlucky-in-love actress for playing it cool. After dating Jude Law (who famously cheated on her) and Balthazar Getty (who was married at the time), Sienna got together with fellow actor Tom Sturridge, 31. The pair got engaged – and now share daughter Marlowe, four – but called it quits on their four-year relationship in 2015.
Despite Brad being in the middle of a bitter divorce, friends don’t seem to be worried about Sienna getting hurt. “Dating Brad is a winwin for Sienna,” says our source. “Of course, she felt humiliated at being made to look stupid after dating Jude and Balthazar. But Sienna always bounces back, and as intense as her whirlwind romances can be, she has learned from the past. Her relationship with Jude really hardened her up. Now she always remains slightly removed, in order to still maintain some control.” n
