WAG WORKOUT

Coleen works out up to five times a week, going to the gym, doing Pilates, and training with her PT Sam Witter, who helped her get her abs back after baby number three. She says, “[Working out] makes me feel full of energy” – handy for a busy mum.

Before jetting off to the sun, Coleen does 100 sit-ups every morning and night, and slathers on a £313 cream called La Prairie Skin Caviar. She claims this firming moisturise­r helps her look toned and ready for the beach. Natural

The star isn’t one for a full face of make-up – “lip gloss, mascara and a bit of blusher” are her go-tos. She uses Guinot products every evening, and applies their Masque Essential Face Mask (£23.25) every other week to keep her skin fresh.

POSITIVE THOUGHTS

Although she’s not a fan of exercising, the 31 year old stays motivated by focusing on a goal. “There’s nothing better for your confidence than going to the gym, or aiming to lose a few pounds. Once you get back into those jeans again, you feel better in yourself.”

BALANCED DIET

Coleen tries to follow a low-carb, high-protein diet, saying, “There are some people who are naturally slim, no matter what they eat, but if I eat and eat, I put weight on, so I have to be stricter. I try to be good in the week, then ‘cheat’ with wine at the weekend.”
