The Love Islander spills all the details on her “classy but sexy” Prettylittlething collection

So, tell us: who inspired your first fashion collection?

Rosie Huntington-whiteley was an inspiration. She makes everything look amazing – if she was dressed in a bin bag, she would still look fab. And then there’s Victoria Beckham, whose clothes always feature a detail that makes them look more expensive, like a gold zip. So, I’ve incorporated quite a lot of those touches into my dresses.

How involved were you in the process?

I went through loads of materials with the head of design at Prettylittlething, and removed dresses that I wouldn’t personally wear. I want the public to believe in my collection and see that a lot of my own hard work has gone into it. Everything in the collection is something that I would wear.

What’s your favourite piece?

A black bodycon dress with three straps on the back and a halter neck at the front. The straps are really thin, so it looks elegant, and it’s just really simple. I would pair it with stud earrings and a classic watch, or, if you want to go statement, dangly earrings. All of the pieces are styles that you can wear for the next ten years. They’re just sophisticated dresses.

How do you want people to feel when they wear a piece from the collection?

I want people to feel classy but sexy, like they are on a catwalk, but in the club.

Do you have any body confidence advice for women out there?
