Louise’s hurt as Jamie parties with other women
Is it all part of a plan to make her jealous?
She may have been the one to walk away from their marriage, but we’re told Louise Redknapp was less than impressed when she saw estranged husband Jamie moving on and partying with a beautiful model last week.
The former footballer had attended the GQ Men Of The Year Awards at the Tate Modern, and although he still had his wedding ring on, Jamie was getting a lot of attention from female guests. He then partied into the early hours at plush private members’ club Loulou’s with a group of friends, including model Molly Ann Abbott.
“Louise was pretty upset when she saw the pictures, especially as she and Jamie had been getting on a lot better in recent weeks,” an insider tells heat. “She didn’t like reading about it. There’s nothing going on with him and Molly, and Jamie thinks Louise shouldn’t get upset with him, as she is out a lot recently. But Lou said she’s only been going out with friends and hasn’t been pictured with anyone else . They’re still on talking terms and want to be as united as possible for their sons [Charley, 13, and Beau, eight].”
Jamie, 44, and Louise, 42, broke up this summer after 19 years of marriage, amid claims Louise wanted more from life after finishing as runner-up on Strictly last year. Since the split, the singer has been pictured partying with friends and her career has been given a huge boost – she’s about to embark on a threemonth tour of Cabaret . We’re told that she’s been loving doing more things for herself after spending so long as a stay-at-home mum. But, as heat has reported previously, Jamie is desperate for the marriage to work and wants them to have another try – while Louise is not as convinced.
“Now that summer’s over, Jamie’s hoping Louise has had her fun and they can try to work everything out,” our source adds. “But there’s only so much pleading and begging he can do. He’s entitled to go out and enjoy himself, but he’s told Louise he’d love them to be back as a family by Christmas.” n
