‘Divorced by Christmas’

As heat has been reporting for weeks, Jamie Redknapp has been desperate to win back estranged wife Louise, and had been hoping for a reconciliation. But it looks like she has other ideas, as insiders tell heat that it’s likely they may even be divorced by the end of the year.
“Louise knows they can’t carry on like they are – they’re both stuck in limbo at the moment and need to make a decision,” our source says. “While it’s not been easy, Louise wants closure, and thinks the best thing will be to separate officially and hopefully get everything finalised by Christmas.”
Louise, 42 – who moved out of the family home several months ago – is said to have made up her mind after seeing pictures of former footballer Jamie partying with model Molly Ann Abbott two weeks ago. We’re told she’s unhappy about all the speculation about the state of their relationship and thinks it will be better for their sons, Charley, 13, and Beau, eight, once everyone knows what’s happening.
“The boys are Jamie and Louise’s priority, and that’s why they haven’t commented on all the reports and speculation,” our insider adds. “And while Jamie was hoping for them to get back together, it seems Louise’s mind is made up. She’d like things to be as amicable as possible and for them to carry on co-parenting the kids together.
“It’s a sad situation and one they never thought they’d find themselves in. But it’s time for them to move on.”
