The second run of ITV’S hit drama, focusing on Queen Vic (Jenna Coleman) in the 1840s, sees the young royal balancing bringing up her new baby with matters of State, like the dastardly Corn Laws, while gently whispering husband Albert (Tom Hughes) tries to make sure she isn’t overdoing it. Oh, and Rufus Sewell returns as heart-throb Lord Melbourne to resume his royal flirting. ★★★★ Liam Wright
