Posh helps broody Eva to become a mum
Well, she does have experience in that department
She’s got four children of her own, so Victoria Beckham knows a thing or two about the whole baby business. And, thankfully for best friend Eva Longoria, Vic’s on hand to dish out her parental words of wisdom. heat’s been told Eva is ready to start a family with husband of 18 months José Bastón and has been asking Posh for advice. “Vic knows how much Eva would love to have kids and really wants it to happen for her,” our source explains. “She’s been giving her tips on how to get pregnant, like what foods to eat, how to prepare her body and getting herself in the best possible shape. Vic knows it’s harder to conceive after a certain age, but thinks Eva should be fine if she follows her advice.”
And if Eva, 42, does get pregnant, Posh – who has sons Brooklyn, 18, Romeo, 15, Cruz, 12, and six-year-old daughter Harper with husband David – will be there to help out.
“A first-time pregnancy can be quite daunting, so Vic has offered to be with Eva every step of the way, even if it’s just being at the other end of the phone,” heat’s insider adds. “She’ll help her shop and tell what she really needs and what she doesn’t. Victoria can’t wait for Eva to become a mum and have another newborn baby in her life again, because even though they live in different countries, they see each other all the time. Eva is Harper’s godmother, too, and Vic will definitely return the favour.”
Eva and José – who has three children, Natalie, Mariana and José, from his previous marriage – have recently bought a new LA home. “It has eight bedrooms and ten bathrooms, so there’s plenty of room for them and Jose’s three kids, who live with them part time – plus a baby or two,” another source reveals. “They’ve talked about starting a family, and can’t wait to make it happen. They ’d love one of each – a boy and a girl. Eva tells her friends she feels so blessed: she has a wonderful, loving husband, stepchildren, and a beautiful home. Now she wants a future with her own kids and she’s really looking forward to making it happen.”
