FERNE’S 30-DAY SLIMDOWN
She’s on a mission – and already has someone in mind
She’s told us before she’s not bothered about dating, as she’s focusing all of her attention on three-month-old daughter Sunday. But it seems as if Ferne Mccann has changed her mind and has set her sights on one of Billie Faiers’ friends, who happens to be related to Billie’s fiancé Greg Shepherd.
“Ferne has fancied him for ages, then recently, she spent a few hours with him at Billie’s house and she was seriously impressed

– when he showed an interest in Sunday, it melted her heart,” an insider tells heat. “This is the first time a male friend has spent time with Sunday and Ferne loved that.
“She feels that Sunday needs a father figure in her life. She is hoping something will happen with him, but even if he’s not The One, it made her realise that it’s definitely the right time to start dating again.” And we’re told Ferne’s even considering signing up to Tinder, after having a go on her friend’s profile the other day, although she would prefer to meet someone without using a dating app.
Ferne, 27, has been single since splitting from Sunday’s father Arthur Collins, who was found guilty of an acid attack and sentenced to 20 years in prison in December. And we’re told Arthur will not be impressed when he gets wind of her new friendship, as he’d love Ferne to give him another chance. But our insider tells us Ferne knows they have no future together and now she’s ready to get back out there, the former TOWIE star is determined to look her best.
She recently posted before and after pictures of her 30-day challenge, which involved cutting out junk and processed food and drinking shakes, revealing an enviably flat stomach (see right).
She added, “I feel amazing. So happy seeing these pics.”
Last week, heat told you how Ferne was obsessed with becoming super-slim as she thinks it will help her make it as a serious and respected TV presenter. And while she looks great now, friends don’t want her to take it too far.
“There’s no denying Ferne looks great at the moment, especially as she only had Sunday three months ago,” our source adds. “But her friends don’t want her to take it much further – they think she should stay how she is.”
