Sad star’s messy night out
We’ve seen it all before on Geordie Shore, but it’s been a while since we saw Charlotte Crosby getting quite so mortal. Last week, the reality star was pictured leaving an event for In The Style – for which she is an ambassador – looking more than a little worse-for-wear.
After being led out of the venue by a friend, Charlotte struggled to get into a waiting taxi, with her dress riding up to expose her underwear. She was also pictured clutching a plastic bag and was later sick out the car window.
It’s been a tough time for Charlotte, and her relationship woes have taken a visible toll in recent weeks. While on a work trip in Australia, she was pictured breaking down in tears and being comforted by friends.
She split up from fellow reality star Stephen Bear in December, after a year-long but rocky relationship, and was also clearly upset by the news of former flame Gaz Beadle welcoming a baby son with his girlfriend Emma Mcvey.
Charlotte suffered an ectopic pregnancy towards the end of her and Gaz’s on/off relationship in 2016, and news of the baby seemed to hit her hard as she revealed she’d been struggling emotionally in a live TV interview last year.
Dressed in an In The Style LBD, Charlotte also had trouble keeping her new boobs under wraps during the night – and her surgery scar was clearly visible. Last year, Charlotte exclusively told heat about her “uniboob” corrective surgery.
“It was a complex operation, because it’s congenital symmastia – that’s the medical term – meaning I was born with it, so it was harder to treat,” she said. “They had to go under the boobs and the tissue to put sutures – which are internal stitches – onto the breastbone.”
And while Charlotte was drowning her sorrows at the party, an onlooker spotted rumoured new man Joshua Ritchie trailing after her like a puppy. But when asked what plans she had for Valentine’s Day, the 27 year old replied, “I don’t know yet, probably just going to finger myself – I don’t have a boy.” Wow.
We hope she has a nice Valentine’s evening, whatever she gets up to. ■
