The star isn’t taking any chances with Kieran’s love for the ladies
It’s the first rule of overcoming addiction: remove all temptation. So, despite their marriage being reportedly all but over, Katie Price is still not taking any chances when it comes to husband Kieran Hayler – who’s spoken of his sex addiction – and his wandering eye.
Following his confession that he slept with the nanny last year, we’re told Katie has now made her home a woman-free zone by culling all female staff – save for one who was born in 1943 – and replacing the rest with male employees. “Katie now has almost no female staff,” an insider tells
heat. “She had to pay huge redundancy packets to her housekeeper and two horse grooms, telling them that she was trying to save money and would be doing the chores herself. Then, after they left, they were replaced by a male horse groom and her neighbour’s 75-year-old retired mother, who’s working as her part-time cleaner.”
The Pricey – who’s mum to her and Kieran’s two kids, Bunny, three, and Jett, four, as well as three children from previous relationships – and her husband of five years have been at breaking point since last summer, when he confessed he’d cheated again, this time with their nanny Nikki Brown (who denies the claims). We’re told that, despite going through a difficult period and spending time apart, Katie still likes to keep him around to look after the kids and their animals. Meanwhile, there is still a part of Katie hanging onto their relationship, so she’s keeping him at arm’s length AND under her thumb.
“Katie says she’s constantly reminded of his wrongdoings,” we’re told. “Kieran thinks he’s cured of his sex addiction, but she’s not having any of it. She stopped inviting her fit friends to the house and if she’s going out with mates like Danielle Lloyd or Lauren Pope, she makes sure Kieran’s nowhere to be seen. Now it’s gone to a whole new level with the elderly lady working for her.”
Well, we suppose it’s one way to try and cure a cheating partner.
