Thought Vegas was just about gambling and strip shows? Think again. Sin City is the ideal place for a hen weekend, with amazing bars, restaurants, hotels and spas – which is why Katy Perry chose it for her pre-wedding bender before her (brief) marriage to Russell Brand. There’s lots to do, so be prepared to survive on little sleep.

not enough! The Sundance Helicopter Tour (Sundancehelicopters.com) is a must. You’re picked up in a limo, then flown over the Grand Canyon and the strip in a helicopter. There’s a stop-off for food, Champagne and that perfect Insta snap. And if heights are your thing, Vegas’ version of the London Eye (which, of course, is bigger than ours ) is another on the to-do list. The Happy Half Hour includes a free bar and more spectacular views. Getting glammed up in Vegas is essential, so we’d recommend a visit to the Drybar at the Cosmopolitan. Afterwards, head for a VIP night at the exclusive TAO nightclub in The Venetian, where you’ll spot a celeb or two. If you want a new outfit (or anything else), visit the Las Vegas North Premium Outlets to take advantage of the cheap designer products. Finally, no trip to Vegas would be complete without a show and Magic Mike Live at The Hard Rock Hotel is the ultimate for hens.
