WAG besties Sheree Murphy and Alex Gerrard hit the beach last week in Dubai looking, quite frankly, amazing.
The pair seemed to be on a girly holiday, as their husbands and kids were nowhere to be seen as they sunbathed and waded through the surf. While both Alex, 35, and Sheree, 42, looked slim, toned and fit in their bikinis, with eight kids between them, fans were quick to speculate if they’d gone under the knife to achieve their polished looks. Neighbours actress Sheree is married to Australian exfootballer and all-round hottie, Harry Kewell, and the couple have four children: Taylor, 17, Ruby, 14, Matilda, ten, and Dolly, six. A lex, who is married to former Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard, gave birth to their son Lio just 11 months ago. The couple, who married in 2007, also have three girls – Lilly-ella, 14, Lexie, 11, and Lourdes, six.
And Alex, in particular, came under a lot of scrutiny from online commenters who suggested, “Her stomach is so taut and unnatural looking, she’s definitely had a tummy tuck.” After giving birth to Lexie in 2006, Alex has said she did become a bit of a gym bunny, working out at least four times a week. However, she has previously admitted she would love to have surgery on her tummy. When asked what she would change about her body, Alex once said, “My stomach. Since having children, the skin has never quite been the same. I do lots of abs work, but it still isn’t quite the same tummy as I had before I had my babies.”
Sheree also once admitted she wouldn’t rule out surgery, and would opt for a boob job if she had the chance as hers, “are just empty skin now. Nasty. I’d like them smaller, but firmer and higher.”
Well, if these pictures are anything to go by, Alex and Sheree may have had all of their surgery dreams come true. n
