Steel yourself for series four, during which yet more maniacs will attempt to complete a ridiculously tough obstacle course, while hosts Ben Shephard, Rochelle Humes and Chris “Kammy” Kamara laugh it up. In this first show of eight, the contestants include two celebs, in the shape of JLS star (and Rochelle’s husband) Marvin Humes and TOWIE’S Lydia Bright. We’ll also be rooting for one of the founders of parkour and a PHD student, not to mention project support officer Martin Heald, who lost his leg as a teenager and is a member of the England amputee football team. Harry Hill’s Alien Fun Capsule ITV, Saturday 14 April, 7.30pm
As much as we enjoyed last year’s debut run of Harry’s comedy panel show, we didn’t necessarily expect it to return – and we’re not entirely sure Harry did, either. But hooray, because here’s the great man’s second attempt to save Earth from alien invasion by making us all laugh. By Harry’s own admission, the format is “thinner than ever”, and sees him preside over two celeb teams playing ludicrous games. This series’ guests will include Louis Walsh, Robert Peston, Johnny Vegas, Moira Stuart, Sue Johnston, Anita Rani, Chizzy Akudolu, Alex Brooker, Micky Flanagan, Una Stubbs and, of course, the legends that are Cannon and Ball.
