Liam Payne’s been running his mouth off again… about baby Bear, so that’s fine

Liam’s opened his mouth again – and given us some gems

- KATIE HOLLOWAY

Poor Cheryl is probably at home steaming some veggies for baby Bear’s lunch and praying that boyfriend Liam Payne stops blabbing about their home life. But it seems that once he gets started, it’s difficult to stop him. Here’s what we learned last week...

Bear’s an emotional bubba

Because he has pop stars for parents, we were very excited to learn that both Cheryl, 34, and Liam, 24, sing to Bear all the time – even if it does make him cry. Liam said, “If you sing to him, he gets really emotional. It’s the weirdest thing you’ve ever seen.” Don’t worry, Bear, Liam’s songs make us cry, too.

He loves to twerk

Liam was quick to assure us Bear can be happy, too, but it has led to an unusual dance move in the tot. “I played him my new single and he went rigid, bouncing really fast and throwing his hand in the air. It was like he was twerking on the table – baby-twerking in his nappy.”

He’s a big boy

We’ve still not seen a picture of the most famous baby in the UK, so we have to rely on vague descriptions from Chiam. This one was quite the revelation: “He’s massive now! I don’t know what we feed him. I don’t know what she’s doing.” And rather than helping him nab some delicious out-of-reach rusks, Liam tells us that Bear is struggling to walk thanks to his growth spurt. “When kids are bigger, they struggle to get their core balance. He gets really frustrated.”

He’s got a mummy called Chez

Understandably, we were shocked to hear that Liam now refers to his missus as “Chez”. After deciding he wouldn’t want to write a cheesy song for Bear, Liam admitted, “It’s like when people always ask if me and Chez are going to do a record together. We just couldn’t be coming out with the A Whole

New World type of vibe.”

His parents share clothes

Liam admitted that because Mummy and Daddy have such a similar taste in fashion, they wear each other’s clothes all the time. Liam accidentally ended up putting on a pair of Chez’s socks, and confessed he might “try out” one of her thongs. He admitted, “[It] could’ve been a bit airy, a bit free!”
