The Truth behind binky’s insta-perfect life

The reality star is feeling miserable

-

ormer Made In Chelsea star Binky Felstead was pictured living her best life last week at the Madison Summer Moët Party in London. The reality star – who’s been dating EX-MIC co-star Josh Patterson, 28, on and off since 2016 – wore a skimpy crop top to show off her svelte figure and was seen drinking and smoking at the rooftop bar amongst friends.

But while fans have been praising new mum Binky for her recent body transformation,

heat has been told that, behind the inspirational online posts, friends worry she’s a miserable mama.

A MIC insider close to Binky reveals, “She’s in the best shape of her life after losing her baby weight, but has told her friends that she’s never felt

Fmore miserable trying to keep up with her Insta-fit lifestyle.”

A brief scroll through Binky’s feed will show you multiple bikini shots of the star looking fitter than ever, and fans of her Instagram Stories will know that the 28 year old is often in the gym working out. “Binky loves the results she sees in the mirror, but it seems it’s not making her happy inside,” a friend shares. “She’s confessed to feeling under a lot of pressure to get fit to look amazing on social media, and it’s bringing her down.”

The reality star gave birth to her daughter, India, this time last year and has become a permanent fixture in the mummy blogger world. Binky has set up a fitness and wellness retreat for new mums called The Mummy Tribe, where parents pay up to £1,150 for a weekend of fitness classes, cooking courses and team games, all while their babies are being looked after. No wonder Binky is feeling the pressure to look good.

Our insider says, “She knows it’s good for her brand, but the reality of it all can be overwhelming. She knows she would be happier if she could just relax her diet a bit, but she’s trying to strive for perfection when it comes to her post-pregnancy body.”

However good she looks, we’re told it doesn’t stop the TV star from feeling insecure. The insider adds, “She’s scared of being judged and criticised if she puts on any weight. Despite her mates urging her to cut herself some slack and not be so gym obsessed, she feels as though she’s set this path out for herself now.

“Now, it looks like she feels she has to stick to it, even if it makes her miserable.” n
