Moira’s making amends

Moira freaks out when she gets a call to say Matty is in hospital. Turns out he was beaten up for being transgender, but he isn’t so pleased to see his mum – despite Moira’s best efforts to make amends. Elsewhere, Debbie’s crushed that Sarah can’t come home till after her transplant operation.

Next week, Nancy is having a tough time of it. While taking a tutoring class at The Bean, Fran’s daughter’s Brooke turns up and asks Nancy to forgive Fran because she is dying. Nancy agrees to go to hospital with Brooke to see her mum, and while she’s not prepared to forgive her, she is surprised by her revelation. And later, Nancy has an MS attack and collapses.
