Kim K has to backburner baby plans as her surrogate is pregnant with her OWN child
La’reina’s pregnant again – but not with Kimye’s baby
Her third child may only have been born in January, but that hadn’t stopped Kim Kardashian planning baby number four sooner rather than later. However, her plans have been ruined after the surrogate who carried five-month-old Chicago got pregnant – with her own child this time. And as Kim only wants to use La’reina Haynes as her surrogate, she’s going to have to wait a while.
We’re told La’reina – a married mum of two – posted a bump pic on her personal Instagram account and wrote, “Baby Falcon hatching Dec. 2018.”
And while Kim – who had her first two children, North, five, and Saint, two, naturally before being told carrying another baby could put her health at risk – and her husband Kanye West are pleased for La’reina, they can’t help but feel their dreams have been dashed for now.
“Kim and Kanye loved their journey with La’reina and have said they would have one more baby. They want their children to all be fairly close in age,” a source says. “La’reina has told friends she’s three months pregnant and is expecting a girl. It means Kim and Kanye will have to wait at least another year before La’reina could get pregnant. They had been hoping to be celebrating the arrival of their fourth child early next year, but they don’t want anybody else to be the surrogate. Kim and La’reina are incredibly close now after what they’ve been through, and Kim has said she knows she’ll feel a bond with any subsequent babies she has. After all, the same body helped create her gorgeous little girl.”
In a previous interview, Kim, 37, confirmed baby number four would be their last, explaining, “I don’t think I could handle more than that. My time is spread really thin. And I think it’s important that, in all couples, the mum gives the husband as much attention as the kids.”
And working on her relationship with Kanye, 41, is important to Kim, especially as we’re told their latest date night didn’t go quite as planned. Our insider adds, “It was the same old story: Kim glued to her phone, with Kanye in his own world and gazing into space or talking in riddles. Then when they tried to have a discussion, it ended in yet another bicker-fest. Kim’s desperate for people to think they’re happy. But Kanye’s still short-tempered, while he thinks Kim is too controlling and dismissive.” n
