ANT & LISA’S FACE-TO-FACE SHOWDOWN

The warring exes are ready to see each other

It’s fair to say that Ant Mcpartlin and Lisa Armstrong haven’t had the most amicable of splits. But after mudslinging on both sides, we’ve been told the pair are set to meet up for a long-awaited showdown. Fresh from her recent stint in LA, Lisa now feels ready to confront her ex.

“Lisa is feeling very confident at the moment after spending the past few weeks relaxing and re-evaluating her life,” our source explains. “She’s a different person to the one who flew out there having just found out Ant was dating their old PA. She thinks it’s a good idea for them to meet up and try to sort this whole mess out, but she won’t roll over and give in to his demands. They were together for so long and Lisa hates how it’s come to this. She’s ready to talk to him face to face.”

Ant, 42, filed for divorce from Lisa, 41, in January, following his stint in rehab. Then in June, it was revealed he was dating their former PA Annemarie Corbett – and Lisa posted on Twitter to vent her anger. Last week, her friend Craig Young, who she visited in LA, slammed Ant on social media, saying, “He may have issues, but ultimately, he is responsible for his appalling behaviour. I do believe drugs and alcohol addiction is an illness, but it’s not an excuse for such utter disregard for good humans.”

Strictly make-up artist Lisa has so far refused to sign any divorce papers, but we’re now hearing she’s “determined to move on”.
