Becky and family enjoy the Maldives life

Oh, for the life of a WAG. Sorry, Becky Vardy, we forgot you don’t like that term. Oh, for the life of a strong and independent woman who happens to be married to a millionaire footballer.

Becky has spent the last few weeks showing off every inch of her luxurious Maldives holiday on Instagram with all the #blessed and #maldives tags you could ever hope to see in your life.

The 36 year old, along with husband Jamie, 31, and their four children, have been loving the white sand and turquoise seas lifestyle if their constant posts are anything to go by. Jamie and Becky – who were married in 2016 – have two children together, Sofia, three, and 18-month-old Finlay. Jamie is also stepdad to Becky’s children from her two previous relationships, Taylor, eight, and Megan, 13.

The family were out in force at the recent World Cup in Russia where Jamie played for England, and Becky made sure to capture the whole experience on social media. She and the kids were front and centre at every England game, decked out in full kit and cheering their hearts out for Jamie, who was “gutted” to lose in the semi-final.

And while Jamie may be drowning his World Cup sorrows in piña colada, it’s Becky that has had the summer of her life as she also enjoyed a pre-world Cup holiday with Jamie in – you guessed it – the Maldives, just a couple of months ago.
