Lily: ‘I paid for sex with female escorts’
The shocking revelations keep on coming
In this week’s episode of What Shocking Thing Has Lily Allen Admitted To? we discovered that she cheated on her husband with female escorts. Lily posted the eyepopping revelation on Instagram as a “heads up” to her fans, saying, “Sooo, in my book My Thoughts Exactly (out on 20th Sept) I detail some stuff from my dark days, around the Sheezus era. I slept with female escorts when I was on tour, cause I was lost and lonely and looking for something. I’m not proud, but I’m not ashamed. I don’t do it any more.”
The 33 year old embarked on her Sheezus tour in 2014, 18 months after the birth of her second daughter, and while she was still married to now ex-husband Sam Cooper.
She continued, “It’s not like steamy, raunchy – although that’s what the tabloids have made it out to be, as a ‘lesbian prostitute sex romp’, which I guess it was in a way, but... it was more about a period of time that I was feeling incredibly lonely and sort of at my wits end. I was looking for anything. Looking for an outlet. It’s not really a salacious sex story, it’s more about hotel rooms and being on my own and being very far away from my kids and my husband.” Tales of Lily’s wild lifestyle from her tell-all book have already shocked fans. It was first disclosed that Lily had joined the “mile high club” with Liam Gallagher while he was still married to Nicole Appleton, and then later revealed she had a fling with The Streets’ rapper, Mike Skinner – someone she had openly attacked on social media.
