Caroline Flack’s given Andrew Brady a job, and we all know who he slept with to get it

He missed out on having Lord Sugar as a boss on The Apprentice, but now Andrew Brady has landed an even harsher master, by having fiancée Caroline Flack hire him.
With the 28 year old’s consultancy firm Aston Brady Ltd reportedly being dissolved, Caroline, 38, has thrown him a lifeline by sticking him on her payroll – and believes working together is just what their tempestuous relationship needs. “Caroline has never been more determined to make things work,” an insider tells us. “She feels one of their biggest obstacles is that Andrew doesn’t know what to do with his career, and she reckons she could help him. Caroline knows that it can be hard for some men to date much more successful women, and in her mind, she wants to solve that.
“She has lots of projects in the pipeline, so she’s devised a plan for Andrew to get more involved in her business and that way they can spend more time together, too.”
As well as TV work, Caroline has lots of fashion and lifestyle projects lined up and thinks Andrew could advise her. But her friends aren’t impressed. In the eight months since they met, the pair have got engaged, called off said engagement, before getting back together again. Caroline was pictured wearing the ring again last week, but it’s not clear whether the wedding’s still on. And we’re told those close to her still have doubts about the relationship, what with multiple rumours that he was unfaithful and used Caroline to advance his career – all of which he has denied.
“Some people are worried that it will end in disaster, especially as it wasn’t so long ago that Caroline had trust issues with Andrew,” our source says. “They’ve warned her that working with your partner can be incredibly stressful. You’re together 24/7, which is tough even for the most steady couples.”
Ever the optimist, though, we’re told Cazza is convinced they’ll break the mould. Our insider adds, “Sometimes it seems like Caroline has her blinkers on when it comes to Andrew. She believes they can achieve great things together. The stakes have never been higher – people are sceptical about the relationship, but she refuses to give up.”
