‘You’ve put our kids in danger’

- He can’t stop being controversial

Another day, another controversial Kanye West tweet. Last week, the rapper posted a snap of himself wearing Trump’s infamous “Make America Great Again” slogan hat, and wrote, “This represents good and America becoming whole again. We will no longer outsource to other countries. We will build factories here in America and create jobs. We will provide jobs for all who are free from prisons as we abolish the 13th Amendment.”

The 13th Amendment abolished slavery in 1865, and Kanye’s comments caused outrage online, with many other stars weighing in, calling his thoughts “frustrating” and “absolutely terrifying”. And, an insider tells us, he’s also facing the wrath of his wife. “Kim is furious with him. The political climate in the US is so heated right now that anyone can be attacked for having an opinion that is controversial, and Kim feels Kanye is deliberately trying to piss people off.”

The insider also says the 37 year old is worried that her husband could be putting his children – North, five, Saint, two, and eight-month-old Chicago – in a dangerous position. “Kim is worried some sick weirdo could seek revenge on Kanye and try to punish him by attacking his family. She’s blasted him for putting their children in danger by saying these controversial remarks.”

The day before his 13th Amendment tweet, Kanye, 41, performed on US sketch show Saturday Night Live, where he went on another pro-trump rant – which was not broadcast – and also reiterated his pledge to run for President in 2020.

Our source adds, “Kim stood backstage in disbelief, and immediately starting panicking about the backlash he was going to receive.” n
