LATERAL RAISES WITH DUMBBELLS

Stand with your knees slightly bent and your feet together. Grip the dumbbells in front of your crotch. Lean slightly forward, keeping a slight arch in your lower back and core engaged. With a slight bend in your elbows, slowly raise the dumbbells either side of you. Hold this position for a second, then slowly bring your arms back down. Repeat.
