We started our day at the hotel’s rooftop restaurant, Raha, with a Mediterranean breakfast paired with an espresso tonic – a cross between an espresso martini and a G&T (non-alcoholic, obvs). As you’re surrounded by some of the world’s most beautiful stretches of ocean, explore with a half-day snorkelling trip (Shadowpalm.com) and see manta rays, dolphins and turtles. Or, try your hand at sustainable sunset fishing and enjoy your catch with a BBQ on the beach. Modest dressing is required on the island, but you can still fit in some downtime sunbathing on the designated bikini beach, or if you’re feeling a bit more energetic, you can try out a range of watersports. Turn up the romance with a candlelit dinner at Raha. It’s the perfect spot to get that Insta-worthy sunset snap.
