The idea of your parents having a sex life is bad enough, so just imagine if your dad’s “nawty” texts made headline news. Love Island star Dani Dyer is said to be furious with her actor dad Danny after it was claimed he’d been texting another woman just weeks before he married her mum, Joanne Mas.
“Dani is heartbroken for her mum and had a screaming match with her dad over it,” an insider close to the Love Island star tells heat. “It makes her feel sick that everyone is saying her dad is a dirty dog. She’s furious and says he’s totally humiliated her mum. She’s demanded Danny be completely honest with the whole family about his behaviour, and wants him to go for counselling.”
Eastenders star Danny, 42, has been with Jo, also 42, since 1992, and married her in 2016. But a new report claims that, just weeks before their big day, he texted a mystery woman saying, “Send me some filth.” He is then said to have added, “Feel nawty,” before sending her a topless shot and a sex video. It was reported that the messages were just a joke, but it follows a similar story in 2017, where he allegedly sent
a dick pic to a woman. Dani reportedly confronted her on Facebook at the time, calling her a “skank”, and insiders say the 22 year old is even more protective of her mum now. After the sexting story broke last week, Dani shared a picture of Jo on Instagram, calling her “beautiful”. She added, “We live in such a bitter judgemental world.”
Friends say it’s crunch time for Danny and Jo, who are also parents to Arty and Sunnie. “Jo is devastated,” says our source. “She’s scared more women will come forward with claims. He’s fighting to save their marriage and is determined to put things right. He’s told his family he’ll do whatever it takes to make amends, and suggested they take a holiday. Right now, things are tense.” n
