Ready, steady, glow with our five-minute face tutorial
Ready, set, glow...
We’re pretty sure Margot Robbie channelled a gorgeous golden sunset when it came to this look, and we’re here for it. Fancy giving it a go yourself ? We’ve got you covered. Timers at the ready...
1VELVET BASE
Velvet skin is all about a matte base that looks super-soft and silky. Use a flat-topped foundation brush to buff Urban Decay’s new Stay Naked Foundation all over. The formula is light and breathable, meaning it doesn’t feel heav y on the skin.
2GLITZY PEEPERS
This look’s all about the eyes and we’ve discovered Margot’s secret. Her makeup artist swept Chanel’s Ombre Premiere Gloss in Solaire across her lids and towards her browbone for a soft, golden sparkle. Just remember to use a fluffy eyeshadow brush to blend out any harsh lines.
3BOLD BROWS
Nothing frames the face quite like groomed brows. Create Margot’s strong arches by filling your brows with Sleek’s Powder Brow Pencil. This gives a powderlike finish while still allowing definition – simply mimic the hairs by using small strokes, then set with a clear brow gel for all-day hold.
4BLUSH FLUSH
Create a matchymatchy look like Margot by opting for a coral blush with warm undertones. Using a fluffy angled brush, sweep from the apples of your cheeks upwards, so the product sits slightly above your cheekbones. There’s no need for contouring!
5 TOP TINT
With such a bold eye look, you’ll want to keep your lip colour natural. Look for a glossy tint that’s a shade warmer than your natural colour for a rosy sheen. Fresh’s Sugar Lip Treatment in Petal will give a hint of colour while also keeping your lips hydrated for a plump pout.
