Liz Hurley’s plans for damian
As he’s set to inherit millions
After winning the right to inherit some of his dad’s £380m fortune, Damian Hurley is pretty hot property right now. And along with his newlysecured cash and stunning looks (permanently bouncy blow-dry included), his mum Liz is worried about her little angel being exploited by any future partners.
A source close to the actress and model tells heat, “As he’s started getting more famous for his modelling – and in the aftermath of the legal win – Liz has noticed her son is getting a lot of interest from people wanting to take him out on dates, and it’s made her really nervous.”
Damian’s dad is millionaire Steve Bing, who originally denied paternity of the 17 year old, claiming he only had a brief and non-exclusive relationship with Liz.
Steve’s father, Dr Peter Bing, had tried to prevent Damian from being entitled to any inheritance, as he had been born out of wedlock. However, last week a judge ruled that Damian would be a beneficiary of the property millionaire’s fortune.
And our insider explains that Liz, 54, has a plan to protect Damian from any golddiggers. “She’s insisting that even before he engages in online chat with someone who likes him, Damian will have to make them sign not only an NDA [non-disclosure agreement], but a contract agreeing that they’ll never ask for a penny from him. Damian’s said she’s worrying about nothing, but he still carries the documents with him.” Liz and Damian have always been incredibly close, and he recently paid tribute to his mum’s iconic 1994 Versace red-carpet look. We’re told Liz is just trying to look out for her son and wants to ensure he has the means to protect himself from greedy people. The insider adds, “She’s warned him of the perils of fame, particularly unscrupulous suitors, who will exploit his insecurities and persuade him of their sincerity when all they really want is money.” n
