The reality star had the perfect fortnight
For most of us, a 22nd birthday means tequila shots and a sticky-floored club. For the world’s richest reality star, it apparently means a luxury $4 million European holiday with a super yacht and an enormous entourage to attend to your every need. Kylie Jenner took to Instagram (where else?) last week to share shots from her insanely lavish two-week “birthday tour”, with her boyfriend Travis Scott, 18-month-old daughter Stormi and various other family members. And. It. Was. Insane.
“Money’s really no object for Kylie these days,” says an insider close to the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star, who became the world’s youngest self-made billionaire earlier this year. “She refuses to compromise on anything, and only the best of the best will do for her and the family. The boat cost Kylie around $1.4million per week, and she also insisted on paying everyone’s expenses for the entire trip. That included their private jets getting there, non-stop Champagne and cocktails, a private chef to serve gourmet food, and 24-hour spa treatments, as well as live music and a pianist to perform for them every
night. Kylie ended up spending upwards of four million on this vacation – but insists it was worth every dime.” The make-up entrepreneur shared shots from the intense holiday with her followers. Alongside the caption “22”, Kylie added a photo of herself posing in front of giant flowers spelling out her age. While the celebrations started in Italy, the yacht moved down to the South of France, and Kylie and her entourage were soon downing shots and dancing on tables when they went to an exclusive French restaurant. The star also posted pictures of herself jumping into the ocean and on the luxury 92-metre private yacht with her daughter. “Stormi had an absolute blast and was spoiled rotten the whole time, too,” our source continues. “She was waited on hand and foot by a nanny and children’s entertainer, and she loved hanging out in the yacht’s special cinema room, where she watched her favourite shows like Dora The Explorer in between swimming in the pool.” And understandably, none of the guests wanted it to end.
“Kylie figured it would be nice to treat her mom and a few of her loved ones to something they’d remember forever,” says heat’s source. “She was pretty put out that her sisters couldn’t make it, but it didn’t get in the way of her having a wonderful time.
“They all agreed it was hands down the best vacation they’ve had in years – if not ever.” ■
