Miley and Kaitlynn take their relationship to the next level
The broody pair are showing no signs of slowing down
Those celebs sure don’t do things by halves, do they? Take Miley Cyrus, who has somehow managed to get married, divorced and loved-up again in the same time it’s taken us to pick up our dry-cleaning. As heat has previously reported, Miley and her new girlfriend Kaitlynn Carter, 30, are progressing at warp speed, having already moved in together and met the in-laws. But they’re not stopping there. According to insiders, the pair now have babies firmly on the brain.
“Kaitlynn desperately wants to be a mum and had previously been planning to have children with Brody [Jenner, her exhusband, who she split from this
summer],” an insider close to the smitten couple, who went public last month, tells heat. “She told Miley that, for her, kids are non-negotiable. To her surprise, Miley was on board. She even offered to carry the baby if Kaitlynn had trouble getting pregnant.”
It’s certainly an about-turn for 26-year-old Miley, who previously said she didn’t want kids because of the negative effect that humans were having on “Mother Earth”. In July – while still married to Liam Hemsworth – she said she wouldn’t have children “until I feel like my kid would live on an Earth with fish in the water”. Lamenting pollution and climate change, she added, “We’re getting handed a piece-of-shit planet, and I refuse to hand that down to my child.” Her refusal to start a family was said to be one of the factors in her marriage breakdown.
But it seems like the singer’s had a change of heart – and it’s all down to her new girlfriend, who, as we’ve previously told you, has made her “truly understand how it feels to commit to someone for the rest of her life”. The couple have already been discussing marriage after moving in together in early September and have barely left each other’s side since.
But their rush to the altar is nothing compared to their baby-making plans – something that won’t escape their exes’ attention. “It’s crazy how quickly Miley has changed her mind,” says our insider. “This is going to kill poor Liam – he was desperate to be a dad.” n
