3 POLISHED PEEPERS
Getting this lush look is a dream, thanks to this easy palette. Using a damp brush, apply a pale, nude shade across your lid. This will makes the statement shades pop. Next, use a thin liner brush to blend the teal tone along the upper lash line, sweeping out into the corners with a sharp, deft flick. Blend out for added oomph.
5 GET LIPPY
