She’s blowing $100k on a whole new look
She defied expectations by fully embracing the unkempt, natural look on I’m A Celeb, swapping her round-the-clock glam squad for jungle bugs and freezing showers. But make no mistake: despite her down-to-earth demeanour throughout the series, Caitlyn Jenner is Hollywood through and through, and she’s got a lot of making up to do for going three weeks au naturel.
According to sources, the reality star has been watching the footage of her jungle stint and is appalled by her make-up free face. Now, she’s planning a full face and body overhaul this new year to get her back to feeling her glammest – with more than a little help from the surgeon’s scalpel.
“Cait was horrified by the way she looked – she was really taken aback by the lines on her face, bags around her eyes and her overall complexion,” says a source close to the former Olympian, who underwent a nose job, boob job, tracheal shave, jaw reshaping and beard removal as part of her gender reassignment in 2015. “She said it was like looking at a 90-year-old woman and she’s taken it as a massive wake-up call to undergo a full makeover, whatever the cost. As long as her doctors say it’s safe, she’ll do it. This next round of surgery could include a full facelift as well as fillers, plus she’s talking about getting her nose realigned, new boob implants and a possible butt lift. It could cost anything up to $100k, but she couldn’t care less.”
The 70 year old has been open about her love of Botox and fillers in the past – unsurprising for a member of the Kardashian dynasty – but her new round of procedures could take things to a whole new level for the star, who lives with her much-younger partner Sophia Hutchins, 23, in Malibu. According to our source, Caitlyn’s dead-set on defying her age and coming out in 2020 looking the best she’s ever looked, after putting her reported $500k I’m A Celeb pay packet to good use.
“She’s writing a blank cheque for what she says is a much-needed tune-up,” we’re told. “Until now, her cosmetic procedures have been more to do with maintenance, but this top-to-toe approach is the most radical plan she’s had in years. Sophia is supportive and has had a lot of work done to herself, too, but she will keep an eye on things to make sure Cait doesn’t go overboard. Sure, she has highly rated doctors giving her advice, but there’s still the danger that she may go too far one day. It’s all pretty extreme, but Cait’s got a lot going on next year and she wants to look as glam and as sexy as possible.”
