Francesca: ‘I’ve been having Facetime sex with Harry’
She tells us how no nookie prepared her for quarantine
Netflix’s new dating show Too Hot To Handle couldn’t have come at a better time. Whatever your relationship status, there is something very entertaining about watching a bunch of nearnaked, horny twenty-somethings get told they can’t have sex. It’s Love Island meets The (Sex) Hunger Games and we’re obsessed, especially because the contestants are so outrageous – none more so than Canadian model Francesca Farago.
From the moment she arrived, she was a force to be reckoned with – hooking up with cheeky Aussie Harry Jowsey, 23, and continually flouting the rules (and losing the gang a ton of prize money in the process).
Speaking to heat, the 25 year old tells us why she has no regrets about her naughty behaviour, and why – after a brief separation
– she and Harry are more loved-up than ever.
You and Harry cost the group a lot of money – do you regret it? Looking back, I definitely could have refrained. I was just being
very selfish at the time and I wasn’t considering anyone else but myself. But, then again, it’s hard to consider a group of people who aren’t your friends. They didn’t like me from day one and alienated me, so it made it more enticing to break the rules. I don’t really regret anything.
What happened between you and Harry after the show? We were attached at the hip for basically three months, but then we were long distance – he was trying to figure out his move to LA from Australia, I was still in Vancouver, and we just didn’t see eye to eye. The break-up was mainly because we were sad that we couldn’t hang out. Then, when we got back together, we were like, “Why did we even break up?” How are you handling being apart during lockdown? It’s been very difficult, but I think everything that has happened in our relationship thus far has prepared us for this. We’re just focusing on the end goal – how amazing it’s going to be when we can live together. There’s definitely been some Facetime sex! But we’re kind of used to not being physical – even though we did break the rules on the retreat, that was only two or three times in 30 days. Have you proved that you were the real deal? Yeah. If we lost all that money and we weren’t still together, that would have been a waste. But in the retreat, I was so in love with him and there was no doubt in my mind that we were going to end up together. If I had just thought it was a fling, I wouldn’t have done any of that, especially knowing my parents would be watching. ■
