Kylie Jenner won’t let a little thing like a global quarantine stop her from getting a bit of work done

Good job it’s a very large, luxurious roof

‘Lockdown has only made some things worse’

Spending quality time with your family can be lovely – but when you’re trapped together 24/7, it can get a little intense. Just ask Kanye West and Kim Kardashian, who’ve been forced to hole up with their four kids (and only a few chosen members of staff) in their LA mega-mansion – with just 16,000 square feet between them. It must be unbearable.

Last week, Kanye took North, six, Saint, four, Chicago, two, and 11-month-old Psalm to the family’s Wyoming home for three days to give Kim the peace and quiet she’d been craving. But once they were back living together under one roof in Calabasas, it wasn’t long before the cracks started to show again. According to insiders, the couple – who had reportedly been working hard on their struggling relationship before quarantine – are facing the same issues as always. Namely, Kanye’s workaholic lifestyle and self-centred behaviour. And, as heat told you last week, the pressures of full-time parenting are only widening the gap between them.

“Kim and Kanye are basically living separate lives in the same house,” says an insider close to the couple, who are celebrating their six-year anniversary later this month. “They’ve come to the conclusion that it makes sense to give each other space from time to time. Kanye was driving Kim crazy – either pigging out or working 24/7, instead of enjoying family time with the kids. They’re in a better place than they were a year ago, but some issues are still there and lockdown has only made it worse.” ■
