In this taut drama, based on the autobiographical novel by André Carl van der Merwe and set in Apartheidera South Africa, teenager Nicholas (Kai Luke Brummer) is plunged into a brutal regime when he performs his two years of national service. But harsh army life is nothing compared to what he’ll experience if anyone finds out that he’s secretly gay. A tough but affecting story. HHHH Liam Wright
